We chose Shafran Realty due to their expertise with the Carlsbad neighborhood. It was clear from our first meeting that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and that all the things we were worried about presented no problems. We started with a home inspection to turn up any problems a potential buyer might identify, and then proceeded to make cost-effective improvements. Their familiarity with local contractors made the process much simpler than we were expecting – I can’t even imagine trying to interview contractors for all the things that needed to be done. When this was completed, the house was expertly staged and the showings began. Brent took care of all negotiations, and within a short time our house was sold for full price.
