Aliane’s journey in real estate began in a small town in southern Brazil, where her great-grandfather, an Italian immigrant, helped build the community from the ground up. Inspired by her father, who opened the first brokerage in town and left a lasting legacy, Aliane was immersed in real estate from an early age. She studied Accounting at university and earned an MBA in Services Management, sharpening her business skills and understanding the service-driven nature of the industry.
In 2002, Aliane moved to the United States and earned her California Real Estate license in 2004, starting her career with Prudential CA Realty in Silicon Valley, where she gained a reputation for her dedication and work ethic. Relocating to San Diego in 2007, she joined a brokerage in Carlsbad and continued building her career while embracing her role as a mother. After a successful stint in Tampa, Florida, where she obtained her Florida Real Estate license and worked in the dynamic Tampa Bay market, Aliane ultimately returned to San Diego to rejoin the community she cherished. Now with Shafran Realty Group, she brings her extensive real estate experience and strong business background to guide her clients through their real estate journeys.

Outside of work, Aliane is an adventurous spirit with a passion for exploring the world. She loves traveling, discovering new cultures, sampling diverse cuisines, and savoring fine wine. Meeting new people and embracing fresh experiences are some of the things that bring her the most joy. However, her greatest pleasure is the time she spends with her teenage daughter, Antonella. Together, they navigate life’s twists and turns, sharing special moments, learning from each other, and growing stronger in their bond every day.
