Natasha Brkovic
Agent | License ID: 01877006
Natasha Brkovic believes that clear and open communication is crucial for helping her clients find the home they really want and that matches their lifestyle. She recognizes and respects that each of her clients has unique requirements and circumstances…and she is good at listening and understanding what people really want. She does not believe in putting pressure on her clients. “The market is putting enough pressure on my clients already! I’m not here to add to that pressure, but rather to help them manage and navigate through these changing market conditions to purchase the home they want at the best possible price”.
From a close knit family, Natasha grew up in Escondido and loves Southern California. She stayed in San Diego to attend the University of California, San Diego and later graduate business school at San Diego State University where she earned her MBA in 1996. Natasha and her husband of 20 years live in Carlsbad and have been blessed with two wonderful children, a son and a daughter, who attend Carlsbad schools, who are very involved in sports, music, school clubs, and who love traveling to Serbia in the summer to visit relatives in the Old Country. Natasha feels strongly about being involved in her children’s lives and takes pride in volunteering her time to the Odyssey of the Mind program, a creative problem-solving competition for children, where team members work together at length to solve a predefined problem and then present their solution at a competition. She has coached her children’s teams to success at the Regional and State competitive levels, and she thrives on watching kids solve problems by thinking outside the box. She is also very passionate about the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the UC San Diego Pediatric Diabetes Research Center, which work on research for the cure of Type 1 Diabetes.
Natasha urges her clients to think through all decisions carefully before making a decision, and is willing to point out objective reasons why a home may not work. She cares about people’s desires and when she finds the home that does work for a client - whether it is for personal or investment needs - she works aggressively to ensure a successful transaction. With her diverse business and marketing background in a variety of industries, Natasha's ability lends herself to understand and educate clients, and negotiate strongly on their behalf.
