Growing up in a small town in southern Brazil, Aliane was introduced to real estate through her father, who opened the town’s first real estate brokerage. Her great-grandfather, an Italian immigrant, also played an important role in helping build the community. Their entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and belief in the value of relationships became lasting influences that helped shape Aliane’s career across two countries.
With a degree in Accounting and an MBA in Services Management, Aliane brings a strong business and financial perspective to real estate. After moving to the United States in 2002, she earned her California real estate license in 2004 and began her career with Prudential CA Realty in Silicon Valley.
Today, with 22 years of real estate experience and 15 years serving North County San Diego, Aliane combines local market knowledge with thoughtful guidance, business expertise, and a genuinely personal approach. As part of Shafran Realty Group, she is committed to helping every client feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. Outside of real estate, Aliane is deeply family-oriented and passionate about travel, culture, cooking, art, languages, and bringing people together. Proud of her Brazilian roots and Italian heritage, she loves sharing great food, music, laughter, and conversation with family and friends. Her favorite adventures are the ones she shares with her daughter, Antonella, exploring new places, trying new things, and creating lasting memories together.
