Real estate has been part of Carly’s life for many years. Early in her career, she worked alongside her family flipping homes, gaining firsthand experience in renovations, preparing properties for market, and understanding the many details that go into creating value in a home. After several years in real estate, Carly took her business experience into the corporate and entrepreneurial world, working as a sales representative for Procter & Gamble and later joining the early stages of MOROCCANOIL. Being part of a startup environment gave her a unique perspective on building relationships, growing a business, and creating a brand from the ground up. MOROCCANOIL has since grown into a global company with approximately 1,000 employees and a multi-million-dollar business.
Ultimately, Carly found her way back to her true passion. Ten years ago, she and her family made Carlsbad their home, and she returned to real estate with a renewed perspective and an even broader understanding of business, sales, marketing, and client relationships.
Today, Carly considers it a privilege to help others establish roots in the beautiful Carlsbad community that she and her family have called home for the past decade. She understands that buying or selling a home is about much more than a transaction. It’s about finding the right community, creating a future, and beginning the next chapter of life.
Outside of real estate, family and community are at the heart of Carly’s life. Her family is actively involved in the Carlsbad community through church, volunteering, and supporting their daughters in their activities. Her daughters are involved in competitive sports, including club soccer and high school golf. Her husband enjoys both mountain biking, surfing, and playing golf. Carly’s greatest joy is her family, and she brings that same genuine care and personal connection to the clients she serves.
With her combination of real estate experience, business background, entrepreneurial perspective, and deep connection to the Carlsbad community, Carly is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence and helping people find not just a house, but a place where they can truly put down roots.
