These achievements have stemmed from his dedication to having a true understanding of the ever-changing market and a commitment to ongoing education. Technology has also played a major role in Alan predicating his position as a leader in the industry. Never one to shy away from change - his ability to embrace new programs, ideas and non-traditional business methods allow Alan to adapt to the current market condition and sustain continual productivity. Alan's unwavering enthusiasm, integrity and strong ethics have allowed him to surpass his clients' expectations, making them customers for life.
Alongside his professional achievements, Alan treasures family life, cherishing moments with his daughters, Ariel and Ava, who both attended Carlsbad High School and are now pursuing their education at Cal State San Marcos and UCLA. In 2017, Alan married his wife Natalie, and they both share an obsession for pickleball, spending time with family, and hanging out with their cherished dogs, Batman and Tex. They built their home in Carlsbad Village and have fallen in love with the thriving little town that has a growing scene of great new restaurants and shops opening regularly. They can't imagine living anywhere else.
